    Buying a heritage property is sometimes the dream of a lifetime. The VVGroupe advisers will bring you their knowledge of this very special property market. VVGroupe heritage estate agency will be there to guarantee you a rigorous selection of potential buyers. Our selection criteria are based on history, architecture and character, whether the property is a listed or classified castle, manor house, mill, royal factory, vineyard or tourist property, religious building, tower, manor house, farmhouse or sheepfold, so that you can discover the wealth of our heritage. Our role is to pass on these heritage sites and facilitate transactions in a market that can be rich in emotion and discovery.

    Agency rates

    Fees include VAT at the rate of 20% - payable by buyers or sellers depending on the mandate signed.

    • Less than €100,000 : 10 000 €
    • De 100 000 à 200 000 euros : 8%
    • De 200 001 à 300 000 euros : 7%
    • De 300 001 à 500 000 euros : 6%
    • De 500 001 à 999 999 euros : 6%
    • More than one million euros : 5.5%

    Our fees include visits, follow-up and preparation of the sales file, as well as a selection of craftsmen for all your projects. All prices are inclusive of agency commission (payable by buyers or sellers, depending on the mandate) and exclude notary fees and registration duties.
