    Description

The Pézenas region has medieval origins. This area is a stage on the Pilgrim's Way to Santiago de Compostela. In the village, after passing through the reception gate, you take a private path. Access from this road leads to the 90 m2 garage on the right. The reception courtyard features the 17th-century residence on the left and the unspoilt pool area opposite.
    The castle

In the heart of the park, this renovated 17th century castle with 655 m2 of living space overlooks the park. This former defensive castle was built on the ruins of a 15th century castle, of which a few vestiges remain. It is flanked on the south facade by a round tower and mullioned windows. This castle is listed as a historic monument (roofs, facades and 17th century stone staircase with vaulted stairwell).
This 17th-century castle was remodelled in the 18th century while retaining a medieval style for its facades. The interior of the castle has been restored to the comfort of 18th-century homes. French ceilings, mullioned windows and an Italian-style roof. A grand staircase with vaulted ceiling dating from the early 17th century leading to the reception rooms on the 1st floor.

    The first floor

The first floor features a 10 m2 landing room. An 85 m2 reception room with a French ceiling and 3 large mullioned windows. Access from this reception room to the courtyard adorned with a hundred-year-old fig tree. A 79 m2 lounge with monumental fireplace and French ceiling. 3 bedrooms with en suite shower rooms, one of which has access to a private terrace. A 20 m2 fitted kitchen opening onto the courtyard.
