Description
The Pézenas region has medieval origins. This area is a stage on the Pilgrim's Way to Santiago de Compostela. In the village, after passing through the reception gate, you take a private path. Access from this road leads to the 90 m2 garage on the right. The reception courtyard features the 17th-century residence on the left and the unspoilt pool area opposite.
The castle
In the heart of the park, this renovated 17th century castle with 655 m2 of living space overlooks the park. This former defensive castle was built on the ruins of a 15th century castle, of which a few vestiges remain. It is flanked on the south facade by a round tower and mullioned windows. This castle is listed as a historic monument (roofs, facades and 17th century stone staircase with vaulted stairwell).
This 17th-century castle was remodelled in the 18th century while retaining a medieval style for its facades. The interior of the castle has been restored to the comfort of 18th-century homes. French ceilings, mullioned windows and an Italian-style roof. The castle level by level
On the west facade, a door with a broken pediment welcomes you. A 14 m2 reception hall. 2 reception rooms, each measuring 20 m2.
